Contextual pens. These pen designs explore form based on context. We were given a quote that was said by a certain person. for my project I chose; 

"Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive." 
- Dalai Lama

From this saying I creatively reinterpreted the situation; that the quote could of been said by the Dalai Lama to a Tibetan couple at Wedding. With this setting and all its contextual elements from the Tibetan culture I drew elements from that for the design of my pens.
