Adjust the angle and closeness of the light to accommodate to your bedroom walls and posture of sleep. The cylindrical tube houses the powerful Neo-pixel. Through Chromatheraphy aka Colour Therapy, users select colour options from red, yellow, blue, pink, turquoise, green. Each individual colour with its own healing abilities.
